Coaching You - 1:1 Coaching
I partner with you to identify and refine your coaching goals until they are clear, meaningful and resonate with you. This goal forms the basis of our coaching agreement. This agreement also captures how we engage together in a way that brings out the best in you and honors your talents, identity and personal learning style. In our sessions I will engage you in a creative thought process and make sure you leave the sessions accountable to yourself and with a clear path forward.
Typical coaching topics includes:
Sharpening Communication Skills: increasing the quality & effectiveness of communication skills upwards, downwards and sideways in organisations and resolving conflict.
Professional Development: the creation and execution of career plans, overcoming challenges created from organizational change and transition into new roles (new to management, manager of previous team of peers)
Personality Development: Increase awareness of personal values, motivators, authenticity and the impact effect they have on others in the organization.
Self Control: eg. dealing with strong emotions, burnout, time & stress management, work life balance, assuming responsibility, taking control & letting go.
Conflict Management: overcoming, pre-empting & dealing with individual and organizational conflict.
Coaching sessions usually take place in 1 hour sessions every 4 weeks. A typical coaching engagement will last 3-6 months or longer. An initial 30minute session to explore your needs and get to know each other is complimentary.
